About Me
I didn't start in accounting. I started by running businesses.
I trained as a master builder at ENET Nº1 Otto Krause, and in 2000, as the owner of my own ventures, I ran head-on into something that didn't add up: what we companies needed to make decisions looked nothing like what the services market offered. There was a gap. That same year I started studying accounting to understand it from the inside.
In 2004 I realized the numbers alone weren't enough: the tool that turns them into useful, timely information was missing. So I learned to develop software. In 2005 I joined a multinational in the field implementing HR systems, and between 2006 and 2011 I was HR manager at another multinational —already using my own tools to do the job better. In 2008 I founded RHWeno S.R.L. as an administrative-process consultancy.
Since then, every client added an experience and every experience refined the tools. Today I bring together the two things that almost never go together: an accountant's judgment and software built to fit the problem. I don't adapt your company to off-the-shelf software; I design the system around what your company needs to decide.
